A number of folks have contacted us wondering why it's taking so long to get new blogs added to the mix.
The short answer: We've been deluged with several hundred additions - and we're committed to reviewing them all so that we don't get a bunch of right-wingers in the mix. (They've already started trying.)
In the last three days, we have added over 150 blogs - and we've got another hundred or so to go.
Hang in there, folks.

Hey it's Jason Gooljar over at Greenburgh on the Rise. I was recently added to the NY blog section ( thanks ! ). I don't see a contact us link so i'm asking a question through the commenting thread.
It seems my blog is not updating on your site. When I look at the blogroll for NY blogs I don't see any numbers under the number of posts heading. It is because i'm using a feedburner feed? Do you guys want my atom feed instead?
It's http://greenburghontherise.blogspot.com/atom.xml
Thankks!

Thanks Jason. Fixed that.
Yeah, if you're not seeing any updates, it could be that we're having trouble with the feed. It's either got to be an RSS feed or an atom.xml file.

Hmm - you've added all the blogs that were submitted? I think not, or you have some problem with two I submitted for New Mexico. You've still got a defunct blog and a centrist/republican blog in the blogroll for NM, too. Guess you didn't see the post I did asking for progressive NM bloggers to sign up.
*shrug*

I guess I'll try here as well. I've been noticing a bump in traffic from leftyblogs these past few days. It seems to have stopped updating, though the blog itself has had a number of additions since the last entry listed (well over 24 hours ago). Do ou need the atom feed?

Hi I was added to lefty blogs several weeks back, but it seems my site isn't being read by your feeder. What can I do to fix this. I put new posts on every day, and it shows no posts for me at all. Help.

Howdy. I guess I'm having the same problem as a lot of people here. My blog is on the blog roll in Massachusetts, but there's no number next to it. It must be that your feeder's not reading it. Here's the RSS feed:

Thank you!!
