National blogs with State categories

Along with LeftyBlogs.com, I publish WesternDemocrat.com. Naturally, we've got state-specific categories for a bunch of states.

Well, with a little template magic, WD now has state-specific RSS feeds -- and they've all been added to the appropriate states inside LeftyBlogs.com.

If you've got a national blog that categorizes content by state, and can produce state-specific RSS feeds - we'll be happy to add the appropriate feeds to the appropriate sections of LeftyBlogs.com.

Either submit 'em using our handy form -- or submit a comment here, and we'll get in touch about adding them in bulk.

Big box national blogs are now drowning out the regional content making leftyblogs pointless. hope you reconsider this move.

Agreed, I didn't put the wire feed on my blog to have Dkos links.

It's the state and local stuff I want to read, not when some big box talks about Ohio.

Reading the blogs I've noticed GREAT THINGS! going on in Nevada. I have a web site & blogs with a national focus, but then again I've been 'trolling,' through here and with a powerful idea for seven (7) states where it can be done.
I'll admit I wish I could link or communicate to all the blogs in these 7 states easier, to push this idea, but I've already bugged Mandate Media about it too many times already. I'm sure they're come up with something cool eventually.

Meanwhile:NEVADA LEFTY BLOGS ARE SIZZLING! BIG TIME ACTION HAPPENING!

Supporting idea to Recall Governor Jim Gibbons And More
It's fantastic to see local groups in Nevada have already begun working on planning the petitional drive to force a Recall Election of Republican governor Jim Gibbons.

But state law they can't actually start till June2007, but their organization appears to be building and building every day.

I believe and my group supports recall elections against Rebublican governors in seven (7) states where it's possible.

One issue that started the Nevada campaign is the wife of Nevada Gov. Jim Gibbons was hired as a consultant to a defense contractor at the same time that her husband, who was then a member of Congress, helped the company get funding for a no-bid federal contract.

This news, this political action, is significant enough in it's own right; but it also connects to a Bigger Idea that could be an overwhelming and awesome benefit to the National Democratic Party!  For sure.

I wish I could do MORE to push and promote this Bigger Idea:
RECALLING ALL SEVEN (7) REPUBLICAN GOVERNORS IN THE SEVEN (7) STATES WHERE IT IS POSSIBLE.

This would tear the Republican Party into shreds, which A.C.T. strongly encourages, since it is a true great evil to mislead a nation into War for false reasons, deliberately using fabricated False Intel.

I think if this could be done, recall not just Jim Gibbons, but seven Republican governors we'd be “sending a signal,” that would bring a little 'shock and awe,' to our home-front politics.

NEVADA LEFTY BLOGGERS now leads the wayin reforming their own state's government but now a spearhead in what could be a one of the most major political shakeups in US history!

This political achievement of massive recalls of Republican governors, eventual impeachments, the resignations, firings and criminal trials of neo-con aides, etc. will go down in the history books, remembering this time period not for all the evils, corruption and wrongdoing of Bush and his neo-con warmongers, but remembering it for a united and intelligent population coming to see through all the lies and taking powerful democratic action to restore a decent government.

We can make this happen. We should make this happen.

In Nevada it's already started: This White House of Cards is crumbling.
Let's give it a little more storm to help make it tumble!

I tried adding feeds for more than one state but the response form on this site came back to me and said "sorry someone else already submitted" - but of course they didn't because I was trying to give different feed addresses for different states. So, I'll list them here for you, since there's not many. The state references are obvious in the addresses:

California Everyday Citizen
