June 8 - blogger problems

It seems like we get to be the lucky fellows who get deluged with email everytime one of the major blogging services goes down. I guess people have come to rely on LeftyBlogs so much, when Blogger (or Typepad or Wordpress) goes down, they assume it's us.

Well, unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about the fact that Blogger.com is having a bunch of network trouble today. Just keep on trying.

My blog seems to have disappeared completely from the Nevada blogs. My blog is created in typepad and the feed goes through feedburner. Typepad had a recent "upgrade" which allows some connection between feedburner and typepad. Could your crawlers have a problem with that?

Lefty Blogs carries my blog in the West Virginia Folder. I can see titles for my articles but a description never shows. I have enabled ATOM OPML and several levels of RSS to make it easier for those who kindly syndicate my feed to pick up the descriptions. I have no idea why this is not showing up at Leftyblogs but I am willing to work with Lefty Blog staff to resolve it.

I love lefty blogs, becaust I thought I was the last remaining left winger in West Virginia.:-)

Missouri is pretty messed up. Looks like the posts are arranged by site rather than newest post at top. This means that one year old posts are up front and a lot of newer posts are buried. Please restore the CHronological postings...newest at top.
